Now that we have entered into some of the more complex abstractions which deal directly with various interpolations of interdimensional movements, the formations of atoms, the relationship of an infinite number of electromagnetic fields, etc., this should prove a most opportune time to enter into associated fields of psychic interplay or extraterrestrial phenomena as they are sometimes called, to explain certain and as yet mysterious proclivities of human endeavor which are currently being very highly expressed and exploited- speaking principally on such factors as ESP, mind telepathy, telekinesis and such factors which are pertinent and relevant to mind expressions beyond norms of the reactionary materialistic earthman.
To begin with, a most fascinating field of exploration is sometimes referred to as fortune-telling, foretelling the future, as well as giving certain incidental information about the past which will prove to the recipient that the future is actually being foretold. This necromancy or occultism has been practiced since the beginning of man’s life on the Earth and in the more primitive reaches and expressions of man’s life, has assumed such channels as witchcraft, wizardry and associated expressionary elements.
As of today, the scientists to a large degree deny the existence of the ability to either communicate telepathically or to foretell the past or the future. Such assumptions are absolutely false; the future can be accurately foretold, and in my own personal experiences, I have foretold the future of many people, even to the last minute detail. Even at this time I describe past instances with minute details that may have escaped the memory or the observation of those persons involved. How is this accomplished? Well, in our previous discussions on the interdimensional cosmos, this explanation becomes relatively easy. We start first with what is called space, and as I have previously presented space, it is a false presumption. Space is actually infinitely filled at any given point with an infinite number of cyclic wave forms; that is, little or large circles of energy traveling around in a circle, each one relevant to itself to the degree that it impounds within its waveform structures a certain quotient of intelligence or information and which can be harmonically, or by means of electromagnetic fields which regenerate these harmonics, transmitted to a degree to any and all other cycles of energy which exist in the infinite cosmos.
Now as a person progresses along his pathway of evolution, at any given moment he is directly in contact with any number of these infinite, regenerative cycles. Although he may not be conscious of this, yet this is true. Through the differences in harmonic structures, electromagnetic fields which regenerate and propagate these harmonics, this person is polarizing or implanting into the cyclic, fourth-dimensional wave forms, certain wave forms of his own. These wave forms are the actual information of the life experience which this person is undergoing at that particular moment.
Therefore, in the future, any person who has a mind which can tune into these fourth-dimensional wave forms, can attune himself through the frequency vibrations which are radiating in the aura of this person, into past lifetime incidents or happenings by merely contacting as a way of attunement, just as it is with the radio, the different little wave forms which were implanted by that person (unconsciously) at that particular moment. Then in the manner in which I have described the functions of the psychic anatomy, the interplay of these wave forms recreating facsimiles in my own particular psychic anatomy which are again projected into the cortical layers of my brain is in effect, an energy structure which relates to me the exact picture of that happening in that past incident and it makes absolutely no difference if it was but a day or a thousand years. Time is of no particular importance in this dimension and if a person had experienced a certain happening in a lifetime, at any given moment in the last several thousand years of his life (as he has incarnated any number of times upon the earth), then I could very accurately tune in to any of these past instances and relate them to him in a comprehensive fashion.
Almost equally as important: is the fact that with certain mind projections of energy which I would accomplish by means of my psychic anatomy and other related factors of which I am cognizant and can work with, I can project this picture accurately into this person’s mind, even though he does not consciously remember the incident. He will then obtain a very strong rapport with the reproduction of this life incident, and as I have described it in the reverse-phase feedback principle, the difference in time frequency or the time consonant between this dimension at this time and that particular happening at that time, is a phase reversal and cancels out much of the pernicious effect of that life experience.
The same principles are quite true in predicting the future. Going back to our original consensus, all cycles in the infinite cosmogony are related to each other on the basis of harmonics; therefore, any past incidents which have happened to any person are harmonically oscillating in certain similarly attuned cycles in his future. That is to say, that at any given moment in your life at this time, there can be a contact with certain cycles which are similar to those cycles which you will contact in your future, and in that relationship then, the harmonic content which has been radiated to them from your past will then be regenerating in your future. You will therefore subconsciously try to reproduce these certain life incidents in your future life.
In my attunement to these future happenings, they are just as plain and realistic as those which you have had happen to you or that you have experienced in your past life. Now this has been very scientifically explained to you and is provable to you on the basis and the consensus of all existing electrical technocracy which is in existence today. They are provable to you in the laboratories of this world through oscilloscopes, generators and other such apparatus as is available to the scientist of this time. You must bear in mind that the oscilloscope, television, radio or any other of the electronic inventions or developments which we have at our disposal would not be possible unless the principles which I have explained to you were valid and in effect, and were working in these instruments.
The very nature of any electrical phenomena in any field in this earth-world dispensation is entirely synonymous, is engendered by, and made possible by the principles which explain creation itself and the proposition of infinity. One would not be possible without the other; as a matter of fact, there would not be a single blade of grass, a human, there would not be an earth world, there would not be a solar system, a galaxy or a universe. Nothing would be possible unless we had all of these very important factors in constant operation at all times.
As I have said, the third dimension is only one of the expressionary planes which are manifest in infinity; it is an oscillating and a pulsating plane of expression. It is constantly repeating the experience or the idiom, or the intelligence of the past into the future and in that way its own cyclic patterns are superimposed in the races of peoples and to individuals who are so involved in them. This will lead us more directly into what I have described in the first lesson course as the spiritual evolution-one of which Darwin did not know about. What it means actually is that any animate or living object, as it is going through its evolution- whether it is an amoeba, a tree, a flower, an animal, man, whatever this particular specimen, whatever it is, is also contacting infinity. It is, by the oscillating process, re-expressing its own life form and its life experience as a facsimile reproduction of Infinite Intelligence which is oscillating in these wave form patterns; or you might say that it is a preconceived concept which has been created or exists in infinity since the beginning of whatever infinity is.
Actually, as said, there is no beginning, so this specimen of life, whatever it is, manifests its own intelligence as it is oscillated from infinity and in the reverse process as polarized elements of experiences, reverses this oscillation back into infinity and propagates, on the basis of its own psychic anatomy, contact with the infinity which leaves its own oscillating quotient with those cyclic forms of infinity with which it was involved. Harmonically attuned, all infinity then can be said to be oscillating with, or resonating with the life experience of this specimen. Then, as the specimen progresses and gets to the point of death and reincarnates, or that another similar specimen is brought into the surface of life, this specimen can be said to be harmonically in tune with the past of this similar specimen and therefore inductive to it on the basis of frequency relationship. It will not only pick up the polarized idiom of these previous life experiences and will (just as you do) revamp them or reform them into its present life form and experience, but, through the proposition of harmonic attunements, it can very easily pick up and reproduce or reform into the present, certain other different life experiences which have happened to other specimens of life upon the planet Earth. So again, this particular specimen has added a certain adjunctive to its own particular evolution.
It may be capable of performing a certain particular feat or function which it could not have done as a specimen in a previous lifetime. Now we must bear in mind that these two specimens were entirely different; they were not necessarily one and the same, nor did they contain the very same elements of life through the psychic anatomy from one life to another. This is strictly a proposition of harmonic attunement with other similar life forms or with those life forms which were even more remotely connected with any particular specimen but which could remanifest these life-form experiences into the present by means of a very remote system of harmonic interplay.
So this will again add a considerable dimension to the prospective of your own concept of evolution and could be called the more adaptive propensities of any specimen, particularly with mankind as he possesses a prehensile mind; that is to say, he is capable of fashioning within his own mind certain harmonics or interplays of wave forms from his past lifetime experiences which, when combined with the harmonic principle with other people’s life experiences, he can then create certain imagery on the facade of his own mind. In that way he becomes more prehensile in the intellectual capacity of his daily life.
